Andrew J. Johnson holds a Certified General Appraiser license in the State of California (3002458), as well as the MAI, SRA, and ASA designations from the Appraisal Institute for real estate appraisal. He holds the CVA designation from the NACVA (National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts) for business valuation. He is also a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser from the NEBB Institute for equipment valuation. Our principal has a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA). He has been appraising all types of real estate as well as business interests and equipment since 2005.
